All recall and FDA action data displayed on RecallHawk is sourced from publicly available US government APIs (openFDA, CPSC, NHTSA, USDA FSIS). This data is in the public domain. We do not collect or display any personally identifiable information about consumers affected by recalls.

Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings (14 months). Contact emails are retained only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry.
